our comfort queen room was unique with extra space for our son.

There were a bit hard beds in our room.

Had a fantastic time during my visit. The staff members were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room didn't break the bank either! 💫

Convenient location right next to the train station, Mirabell palace, and the old town. 🚂 Enjoyed exploring all the nearby highlights. The breakfast was excellent and included in the stay.

Convenient location right beside the old city and train station, as well as Mirabell garden and the riverside. The rooms are spacious with 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a cozy bed to crash on after a long day

Rather busy street just outside the front door - but what can you expect in a busy city.

Wonderful hotel in direct city location, with luck you can even park the car in front of it (on weekends), very chic and modern.

Nice outside area, uncomplicated small bar in the lounge, walking distance to the river and Salzburg's old town

No air conditioning. Baby cots are subject to a surcharge, which is unusual for 4 or more star hotels. In addition, the cot had not been made both times and also the part of the double bed, which was less accessible, was not made.

Convenient location for sightseeing and evening strolls. Comfortable and beautifully decorated room with a unique alcove. Friendly and helpful staff, offering great dinner recommendations. Easily accessible parking options. A pleasant stay overall. 😊
